REHEARSAL 4 U (1:1 STARTER PACK)

Maybe you don’t even identify as an “artist,” but you’ve had an idea lying around you’ve always wanted to try out. It’s a performance in your brain that you dream about, or an image you can’t help but want to create. It lurks in your unconscious and teases you about its own potential existence. It can only be created if you choose to make it so. And it can only be created by you.

In this 1:1 workshop package, we meet once a week over 6 weeks, OR once a month over 6 months. We discuss your ideas and your goals. We set deadlines. I ask you the questions about your work no one else will. I give you prompts, exercises, affirmations, emotional support, and more to crack you open and help you realize the thing you’ve been avoiding. I get inside your process with you.

Following the cycles found in nature and birth, we start with the idea as a seed. Over the course of 6 sessions, we will traverse the following stages and paths:

Idea Seed
Seed — > Seedling

Idea Seedling
Seedling —> Sapling

Idea Sapling
Sapling —> Tree
